The project comprised of the mechanical installation and modification to the following existing services for commercial fitout.

• Ventilation and A/C
• Water Services
• Soil & Wastes
• LPHW/CHW Pipework Installation
• Air Conditioning Installation
• BMS
• Fire Fighting Equipment

All pipework was integrity tested by Lynskey Engineering along with sample test of water quality by ESI which was reviewed by design team prior to decision made whether to retain or strip out existing pipework.

HVAC also carried out fingerprint of airflow rates to the floor and fingerprint heating and chilled water pipework where available.
