Restoration of Primark’s 5-story flagships store in the magnificent The Bank Building. As part of this historical restoration project, Lynskey Engineering designed, installed and commissioned the complete mechanical installation including ventilation/ air conditioning, smoke control systems, fuel systems, water services and energy management systems, working closely with teams from Bennett (Construction) Ltd, JCA Architects, Linesight, Boyd Project Services, Premier Electrics.
