Primark Bratislava, Slovakia
The first store in Slovakia, in Eurovea, Bratislava and 16th store on the international market for Primark. The highly anticipated store opened to crowds of customers on 25th May 2023, as part of the unveiling of the newly extended Eurovea, now the largest shopping centre in Slovakia.
Spanning 39,400 sq. ft. across two floors, this opening represents an investment of over €10 million and has created over 200 jobs for the local economy.
Project Summary
Lynskey Engineering carried out the full Mechanical Services Installation including
Heating, Ventilation, Airconditioning, Water Services, Fire / Smoke ventilation and BMS. This project was unique as it serviced by district heating ,cooling and fresh air ventilation central ventilation systems which is required a high level of interface with the shopping centre energy centre and accurate validation and monitioring of the design and operating engineering parameters
