MSD Dunboyne Biologics is a state-of-the-art biologics manufacturing facility.

This site in Co. Meath is the latest addition to the MSD Ireland family involved the construction of a 19,000m2 building and the internal fitout for admin, support, logistics, utility, and warehouse spaces.

Under a fast-track programme all site works including, underground services and utilities, shell and core delivery, and an enabling package were conducted within a live facility.

Lynskey Engineering provided mechanical services consisting of installation of a TCHW water system to 82 number CROFCU units. Though off site fabrication of all pipework and modules with attention to detail we were able to achieve the high standard expected by the client.

We provided 36 number modules built off site with TCHW flow and return pipework and all electrical containment included for the other parties on site. All modules were 13meters long and were hoisted into place with the help of a rigging company on site.

There are 7 rows of modules on site from east to west containing of 5 modules on each row, the modules are serviced by our North/South run of pipework which is supplied by a chilled water skid. The flow and return TCHW drops from the modules to supply each CROFCU unit.
