- Alter existing chilled water installation. Form new header and install new CHW circuit to new AHU and new MRI.
- Supply and install new HTM AHU.
- All craneage, lifting and associated planning within Mechanical Scope.
- Plant support systems included in Mechanical Scope.
- New supply and return air ductwork.
- Quench pipework installation.
- BMS Controls (Trend system).
- New motorised fire dampers and control of same.
