IMS System
Lynskey Engineering have continuously achieved ISO Quality Management Accreditation since 1992. We operate an Integrated Management System (IMS) which was developed in compliance with our ISO accreditation and combines Quality, Environment & Health & Safety. As part of our IMS we have developed policies and procedures in line with company values and practices. The IMS is annually audited by an external accreditation company called BM Trada. The different elements of the IMS are also audited monthly through internal audits.

Health & Safety
Lynskey Engineering Ltd recognise Health and Safety as a core business activity and, as such, have adopted a proactive approach to Health, Safety and Welfare within our organisation through the continual development, implementation and maintenance of our safety management system. We are accredited to Safe T Cert continuously since 2004 and have achieved ‘A’ Grading following independent audit in the previous nine years.
The Safe-T-Cert was developed jointly by the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) and the Construction Employers Federation (CEF) and was launched in October 2000. It takes account of ‘best practice’ guidelines of relevant national and international bodies including the ILO. Safe-T-Cert is a recognised safety management system under the Build Safe Initiative in Northern Ireland and the Construction Safety Partnership in the Republic of Ireland.
We have, on three occasions, entered submissions to the National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO) All Ireland Safety Awards winning an award on each occasion including one in a prestigious category.
We are certified to ISO 45001:2018 and successfully integrated our H&S Systems into our IMS.
We also have been awarded the Health & Safety Gold Award by Collen Construction in 2022.
