Data Centre for NDA Client in Dublin

The project comprises of the construction of a new build data centre over two levels and a administration block to the front of the building over two levels

• Complete installation of first fix plumbing, sanitary ware, ventilation including air handling units, supply and extract fans, ductwork, and grilles.
• Complete installation of all above ground soil stacks and drainage.
• Complete installation of 4 no VRF air conditioning systems, BC boxes and associated indoor units and controls.
• Complete Installation of an Industrial Water Pump room and Tank farm to supply water for the air handling units.
• Complete installation of a Rainwater Harvesting System consisting of a leaf filter that feeds into a 10m3 underground concrete tank witch in return feeds into a UV that kills bacteria and on into the industrial water tanks.
• Complete installation of Crac units, Heat recovery units in the electrical rooms and condensers on the roof to provide cooling in the electrical rooms.

• The crane lift of 42 no of air handling units and positioned by Lynskey Eng.
• Air handling units piped and connected with duct feed into a header duct witch in return feeds into duct runs that provide cooling for the hot aisles in the data centre.
• The crane lift of extract fans to the roof and positioned by Lynskey Eng and associated ductwork connected.
• Complete installation of a Diesel Tank bunded area consisting of fuel intake skid, fuel forwarding pumps, polishing pump and sump pumps.
• Complete installation of an above ground gas welded GB pipe to feed Diesel to each of the 17 no generators.
