In late 2018 Lynskey Engineering Ltd. was appointed as the mechanical building services contractor for the construction of the 50,000m² distribution centre.

Complete Design/Built for the Mechanical Services and Smoke Extract Systems- 75.000 sq.ft over 3 floors. Fit-out completed to the local German Planning law.

*Supply and installation of approx. 500 no. waterside control fan coil units, AHU's and Extract fans. *Fire rated duct on EN standards.    *Developed and delivered a Revit Model to BIM Level 2.    *Full Coordination of all Mechanical and Electrical services.     *Fire suppression, leak detection systems and natural gas installation.  

The scope of works on this project consisted of providing the mechanical services associated with the new MRI Department in Connolly Hospital.

10,000 Sqm. mechanical services installation over 7 floor office development

Lynskey Engineering Ltd. successfully completed the mechanical services installation works on the new 8,000m² extension to the existing production facility in  Timahoe Co. Kildare including new production and cooking areas, office space and provision of dedicated services floor.

The mechanical works consists of Air Conditioning Installations, LPHW Heating Installations, Chilled Water Installations, Domestic hot and cold water Installations, Soils and Waste Installations

The Marker Hotel comprising of 191 bedrooms all ensuite and air conditioned. The original conceptual design was issued for tender on a design and build basis by ARUP in 2006. Lynskey Engineering were successful in the bid process and commenced on site in April 2007.

*Complete Air Conditioning, Ventilation & Water System. -145,000 Sq Ft. Phased Refurbishment and fit out over 5 floors -Installation of LPHW Heating -Provision of controls and B.M.S. -Testing and commissioning of all systems

Lynskey Engineering carried out the mechanical services installation for a major new Data Centre for Eir (formerly Eircom) in Blanchardstown, Dublin during 2014 – 2015. This project comprised a number of free cooling chillers, ventilation plant and DX equipment to provide cooling to various rooms. In-row coolers were used in the Data Hall to which chilled water was directly connected.
