Marker Hotel

The Marker Hotel comprising of 191 bedrooms all ensuite and air conditioned. The original conceptual design was issued for tender on a design and build basis by ARUP in 2006.
Lynskey Engineering were successful in the bid process and commenced on site in April 2007.

The main contractor closed the site in February 2009 and subsequently went into liquidation.At that stage the hotel was some 80% complete and was approaching a fit out stage.
The project remained closed with no maintenance until a completion contract commenced in mid-2012 with Sisk as the main contractor, and hotel opened for business in March 2013.
Lynskey Engineering carried out the complete Mechanical Services package excluding specialised facilities such as spa areas.

-Carry out refurbishment of suites on 5th and 6th floor
-Install new mechanical fit out to new roof top bar and kitchen
